Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State has said there was massive looting of the commonwealth during the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan.
The governor said while he was in no position to determine if the former President was personally guilty, or if he acquiesced to the looting, Mr. Jonathan must take responsibility for what happened under his watch.
In an interview with Sahara Reporters TV in Washington DC, Governor Oshiomhole also said although he had raised many questions on the tenure of the former Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, he had nothing personal against her.

JAMB TO RE-DISTRIBUTE CANDIDATES WITH LOWER SCORES TO OTHER UNIVERSITIES


The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has said it will re-distribute candidates who scored above 280 but whose scores are less than cut-off-marks of their first choice universities to needy institutions .
This is contained in a statement signed by the Head, Media and Publicity of the board, Fabian Benjamin, and made available to journalists on Sunday in Lagos.

The Governor of Yobe State, Ibrahim Geidam, has condemned Saturday’s suicide attack in Damaturu the state capital where a 10-year-old girl blew herself up at the entrance of a Sunday market.
The spokesperson of the police in the state, Toyin Gbedegesin, had earlier told reporters that 15 people lost their lives in the attack.
However, Mr. Geidam in a statement on Sunday said he has been briefed about the horrific attack “in which 19 people were killed and many others injured”.
