Afro-Juju star, Akanbi Oluwashina Peters better known as Sir Shina Peters, has appealed to his fans across the globe to offer prayers to God on behalf of his wife, who is down with cancer.
The singer’s wife, Sammy Peters, is presently in the United States of America (USA) undergoing
treatment.
Sir Shina Peters made this passionate call during the 70th birthday celebration of veteran Juju musician, Emperor Wale Olateju at Ikeja, Lagos.
According to Daily Independent, after making the plea, most guests at the party became emotional as the musician sang ‘Sammy ko ni Ku o’ meaning ‘Sammy will not die.’
