PARIS TERROR ATTACK AN ACT OF WAR BY ISIS - FRENCH PRESIDENT HOLLANDE

President Francois Hollande of France has described Friday’s terror attacks on Paris as an “act of war” by the Islamic State, ISIS.

He said the attacks were planned and organised from abroad with help from inside France.
He also declared three days of national mourning.
Mr. Holande spoke as the death toll in the incident rose to 128.
The Islamic state has also released a video saying France would not have peace as long as the bombing of its territories continues.
In the video released by Reuters, the terrorist group called on Muslims who could not travel to Syria to carry out more attacks on France.
The BBC is also reporting that German police had made arrests, possibly linked to the attacks, in Bavaria.
Also the North Terminal at London Gatwick Airport has reportedly been evacuated.
There has been no confirmation yet from the airport management, therefore it is not known whether the action is linked to the Paris attacks.
Meanwhile, the President of Syria, Bashar Assad, has condemned the attacks saying they were an example of what Syrians had endured for five years.
“What France suffered from savage terror is what Syrian people have been enduring for five year,” he was quoted as saying in a broadcast on Syrian State owned television and Lebanon based television, al Mayadeen.
Similarly, Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, while consoling the French government, said the attack justify the need to combat ISIS and Al-Nusra.
