PORT HARCOURT RESIDENTS EXHUME FROZEN CHICKEN BURIED BY CUSTOM OFFICERS

This is hard to believe but according to the guy who posted this on Facebook, Some folks in Port Harcourt this past Monday Nov. 2nd exhumed frozen chicken buried by Customs officers and some people on the thread confirmed it happened. Are these folks for real?
