BAYELSA WOMEN LAY THEIR WRAPPERS ON THE GROUND TO WELCOME GOV DICKSON TO THEIR COMMUNITY

Bayelsa women in Toru-Ebeni community gladly laid down their wrappers on an untarred road as they welcomed the state governor, Seriake Dickson to their community. Dickson is seeking for a second term in
